Free shipping policy
Vapor Fog offers free shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the United States.

Portable vaporizers and most accessories are shipped with 1-3 business day (1st class) shipping. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Packages generally arrive within this time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Handling time
We strive to get all orders received before 1 PM (EST) shipped out the same day. Orders not shipped same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship week days, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or any USPS holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

Please Note: Tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. Tracking update may be as late as 7 or 8 PM.

What do I do if my package is lost?
If a package is not delivered, please call your local post office or UPS or FedEx store for immediate assistance with your parcel. We ask that before contacting Vapor Fog, you make a claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS, 1.800.GoFedEx, or 1-800-PICK-UPS. Please include the claim number when contacting us via shipping@vaporfog.net

What if my package is damaged?
If you discover that your package is damaged after it is delivered, please contact our team at support@vaporfog.net.

Please note: Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
No, not if you have received your tracking information by email. All orders placed before 1 pm, ET will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm ET will ship the next business day. If you have not received a tracking number, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order but we can not guarantee changes can always be made.
